Tim Tebow returning to UF.

Now this is a big deal to me. Tebow shows us what being close to a HP is about. Before the game he indicated that it was important but not as important as some other things. He thanked his HP after the game. He did not put down any player on the other team in order to glorify himself and he accepted victory graciously. Lack of ego seemed to be his strong suit. What a great example for recovering people trying to find a way to cope and dela with the remorse, low self-estemm, embarassments and abuse of the past! Example is the very best teacher. What a 21 year old teacher. He doesn't just 'talk the talk...' There is no need to prove himself to another person. There is no 'brag' or immature drawing of attention to himself. These are goals to which those in recovery must aspire. Thanks for coming back Tim. We need Lances and Tims and Michaels and Lebrons and whoever else can use God's gifts to show us what's important in life.
No drugs or alcohol for us today!
Love and peace,
Docpete, the imperfect therapist
